Nashville School Districts hosted Retirement reception
Last week, the Nashville School District held a retirement reception for Rick Rebsamen, Nadine Stuart, Judy Mathis, and Phyllis Williams.
Superintendent Graham started with Judy Mathis who worked for the Nashville School District for 11 years and gave a brief summary of Mathis’s career.
Next, Graham talked about Nadine Stuart who has worked for the Nashville School District for 17 years.
Graham also took a moment to recognize Phyllis Williams, who has worked for the district for 22 years.
Williams said-quote “Working for the Nashville School District has truly been rewarding. During my 22 years, I’ve had the privilege to work with a number of teachers and assist many students in the classroom as well as transport them to school. I would like to thank the Nashville School District for a wonderful journey and the parents for trusting me with their precious cargo.
In conclusion, Graham recognized Rick Rebsamen. Graham started by talking about their childhood memories up to their adult life. Graham said-quote “He’s been that guy that had my back for a long long time and he’s been a tremendous judge of people. Rick understands school and he knows what works.”
Rebsamen took a moment to talk about his career down through the years.
Rebsamen even gave special thanks to the Nashville School District and how it is such a great place to teach.
