Rainbow Learning Center Closed For A Week

Rainbow Learning Center will be closed during the week of March 23rd through March 27th. Howard County Children’s Center Director Rose Ray said the closure is for the health, safety and well-being of the children, staff and parents/guardians.

Adult clients from the center will continue to stay in the Group Homes until further notice.
