Two arrested and charged with drug possession

Expired vehicle tags has led to a pair of people being charged with felony drug related counts in Howard County. 36 year old Steven Henry, of Texarkana, and 28 year old Bethany Sigman, of Nashville, were both passengers in a vehicle stopped earlier this month on Highway 355 by Howard County Deputy Jake Eudy. During the investigation, Deputy Eudy said Henry was in possession of suspected methamphetamine and when the deputy asked Sigman if she had anything illegal in her possession, she provided an eye glass case with two clear plastic bags that contained a substance believed to be methamphetamine.
Both individuals were arrested and transported to the Howard County Jail and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
