Two Defendants Sentenced to ADC

A Nashville man has been charged with second degree battery for an incident police say occurred last month. 26 year old Cameron Couch was arrested after police said he punched his father and stole a cell phone. Authorities say Couch left the scene & was contacted by deputies. He later turned himself in. Couch made his first court appearance on the charges yesterday and was given a trial date of November 17th.
One person was sentenced to the Arkansas Department of Corrections Wednesday. 25 year old Richard Wilkerson of Murfreesboro was given a two year prison sentence and ordered to pay costs. Wilkerson was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance–meth cocaine. He was arrested during an October 2018 traffic stop.
Three people also failed to show up for their scheduled appearances yesterday and now have arrest warrants for failure to appear. Those individuals include April Crocker, Charles Thomas Foster and William White.
