WESTERMAN ANNOUNCES WINNERS OF THE 2025 CONGRESSIONAL ART COMPETITION

WASHINGTON – This week, Congressman Bruce Westerman (AR-04) announced the Fourth District’s winners of the 2025 Congressional Art Competition. First place winner Olivia Busby’s piece, titled “County Fair” will be displayed in the main hallway between the Cannon House Office Building and the U.S. Capitol for the upcoming year.

“I’m grateful to each student who participated in this year’s Congressional Art Competition. Their dedication to creativity and art were clear through each entry my office received, and each student should be immensely proud of their work. I would like to extend my most sincere congratulations to first place and fourth place winner, Olivia Busby, on her exceptional winning artwork, and to each student who worked tirelessly to create a piece of art for this competition. I am proud to represent a district teeming with great potential and talent among our youth and look forward to having a little piece of the Fourth District for staff and visitors alike to look upon as they travel to and from the U.S. Capitol.”
