Verdicts from the Howard County Circuit Court

In the Howard County Circuit Court this week, Richard Daily plead guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs with intent to deliver.

Daily was sentenced to 5-years probation and he received 120 days in the Arkansas Community Corrections facility.

Brandon Webb plead guilty to possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 10 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

Aracelly Tolley plead true to the count of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 2 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

And DeMario Williams plead guilty to aggravated assault and domestic battery in the 3rd degree. He was sentenced to 6 years probation and ordered not to have any contact with Alexis Bradley.
