District Governor speaks at Nashville Rotary Club

District 6170 Governor, Jamie Higgins spoke to the Nashville Rotary Club about this year’s theme, Rotary Opens Opportunities.

Higgins is a member of the Rotary Club of Morrilton and is the youngest governor every elected in the District 6170 zone.

Higgins reported every Rotary club is being challenged to have a strategic plan, to continue the fight against polio, take care of new members and be open to new membership types and models.

Higgins also encouraged the Nashville Rotary Club to work together to serve the community.

Higgins also presented Nashville Rotary Club member and former president, Bill Craig a Rotary coin for serving on the district’s visionary committee.
