Aggravated Assault charges filed against a Nashville man

A family disturbance in March has led to assault charges against a Nashville man.  32 year old Javon Davis was arrested after a family altercation was reported to sheriff’s deputies.  During their investigation, deputies discovered that a firearm also became involved in the altercation.  The weapon discharged as family members attempted to break up the disturbance between Davis and his father. 

Davis was arrested and has been charged with Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member.
