Angel Tree applications are available

Applications are now available for this year’s angel tree project in Nashville. The traditional paper applications may be picked up at Ruth Steely’s Farmers Insurance and Compassion Health and Wellness Clinic. An online application process is also available this year. Forms must be returned by November 4th. All information provided on the applications will be kept completely confidential.
