Bradley man sentenced to ADC in Pike County Circuit Court

A Bradley, Arkansas man was sentenced Monday in Pike County Circuit Court to six years in prison. 43 year old Joshua Dewayne Thomas received the sentence after he entered a plea of true to charges that he violated terms of a 2019 suspended sentence. Authorities said Thomas was arrested in Lafayette County last September for being found in possession of a firearm.
Trial dates were set in several other court cases heard yesterday in Murfreesboro. 33 year old Jeremy Combs of Murfreesboro is to stand trial April 21st on theft of property charges. That same date was also given to 50 year old Gary Dean, who lists addresses in both Nashville and Delight. He is charged with third Degree Domestic Battery.
A February 28th trial date is now scheduled for Lillian Hartley of Delight. She’s charged with possession of a controlled substance.
A trial date was also given to 26 year old Daniel Buck of Murfreesboro. Buck is charged with the theft of several items from a Murfreesboro business. Buck was arrested a few days later and police said he was in possession of some of the stolen property. During yesterday’s court hearing, Buck entered a not guilty plea to the charge and was given a June 30th trial date.
