Historic Washington – “Town in Conflict”

Historic Washington State Park will be hosting programs with the theme, “Town in Conflict” taking a look at the many aspects of life during the bloody, costly years of the Civil War. This 2 day event will span November 5th and 6th and will include programs throughout the park highlighting civilian refugees, religion during the war, military camps and drill, Civil War Medicine, and political issues of the day. Tours are available in addition to the free outdoor civil interpretive activities. Admission for the main events will be $7 for adult and $3 for children ages 6-12.
