Howard County Court

Howard County Court saw 19 YO Seth Mullins of Nashville this week. Mullins faced a class Y felony for the Delivery of Meth Cocaine equal to or greater than 10 grams. Mullins pleaded not guilty during his trial process. Facts surrounding Mullins case are as follows. On June 21st law enforcement working with a confidential informant attempted to purchase methamphetamine from Seth Mullins. The CI was fitted with a recording device and take to 508 South 7th street in Nashville riding in the passenger seat with the officer who was undercover.

Upon reaching the residents Seth Mullins came to the passenger side window and handed the CI a small box which appeared to contain methamphetamine. The substance was later tested and confirmed to be such weighing approximately 30 grams. Mullins was arrested on August 3rd by Investigator Blake Eudy. Throughout Mullins trial process he withdrew his plea of not guilty changing it to guilty. Mullins was found guilty and sentenced to 10 years within the Arkansas Department of Corrections with 5 years suspended.
