Mineral Springs School District Preparing for Upcoming School Year

Members of the Mineral Springs Board of Education met to approve the final business issues before the start of the 2020/2021 school year on August 24.

Superintendent Billy Lee stated the district was doing everything we hey can to ensure the safety of the students, teachers and staff.

The board approved the resignation of James Slayton and Lee’s recommendation to hire 14 cleaning staff members, a high school aide, Jordan Leeper as an elementary PE teacher and they named Wendy Reed as the district’s Point of Contact person.
