Murfreesboro To Hold Council Meeting This Evening

The Murfreesboro city council will meet in regular session today at 6:30.

The May agenda includes a pair of appointments to the water commission.

Today’s agenda also includes details on a new officer in the police department, a sidewalk grant resolution, summer help in the library, a tourism committee report and the naming of two council members to assist with a search for openings on the tourism commission.
