Nashville man arrested for domestic battery

On Wednesday January 31st, Nashville Patrol Officer Dillon Roberts responded to a call of domestic battery at the Husqvarna Plant.
According to the affidavit, when Roberts arrived he met with Jasmine Moreno who reportedly told officers that she had been involved in a domestic altercation with her boyfriend 22 year old Noe Hernandez of Nashville.

As reported, Moreno told Roberts that the altercation happened earlier that day at approximately 11:35am on South Washington Street. Moreno explained to officers Hernandez had allegedly pushed her down onto the bed. Moreno said when she was trying to get away, Hernandez grabbed her by the throat and pushed her against the wall. According to court records, Hernandez has a prior conviction of Aggravated Assault on a Family Member from May of 2022.

Officers then went to 504 South Washington Street and located Hernandez sitting inside a vehicle in the driveway. Officers reported as they instructed Hernandez to exit the car, they could smell an odor which they suspected to be marijuana.

It was also reported that Officer Greg Parker found the following items inside the car: one plastic bag containing a green, vegetable substance believed to be marijuana, one metal grinder, and three partially smoked, hand rolled cigarettes believed to contain marijuana. Hernandez was taken into custody and transported to the Howard County Detention Facility.
