Winton Sentenced to ADC

A Nashville man charged with sexual assault in 2019 entered a guilty plea yesterday in Howard County Circuit Court. 33 year old Zack Winton was arrested and charged last year for allegedly having sexual contact with a minor. Winton received a 10 year prison sentence yesterday, with an additional 10 years suspended. He will also be required to register as a sex offender upon release from prison.
