Below normal rainfall continues in SW Arkansas

The string of below normal rainfall for consecutive months in Nashville has reached six, as February’s rainfall total of 3.92 inches was below normal by about a third of an inch.  For the calendar year of 2022, Nashville has recorded just under 5 and a half inches of rain, which represents a deficit of 2 and three quarters inches for the year.

During the past six months, Nashville has received just under 14 and two tenths inches or rain, which is below normal by 12 and a third inches.

Temperatures during February ranged from a low of 18 degrees on February 5th to a high temperature of 76 degrees, recorded on February 21st.
