Developing Howard County Board of Directors meets with Economic Director

Wednesday Chancellor of UA Cossatot Steve Cole along with Howard County Economic Director Vanessa Weeks held their first meeting with the 7-member board of Directors to discuss the development of Howard County. Those members are Paul Britt, Todd Moore, Kelly Chambers, Deborah Marshall, Andi Green, Luis Maya, and Charles Smith. Cole presented documentation that explained the by-laws of the Developing Howard County Foundation Inc such as membership, place of meetings, voting, quorum, election, tenure, and more. Britt suggested that the 7-member board should meet in two weeks. Britt said this would give them time to read over the documentation that was presented and give them an idea of how they would like to set everything in place.
