HMH Board of Directors appoints an interim CEO

Yesterday, during a special called meeting, Howard Memorial Hospital Board of Directors voted to name Dr John Hearnesberger interim CEO, and he will be starting February 12th, 2024. Hearnesberger attended college and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 1969 and then went on to med school and graduated in 1973 at UAMS in Little Rock.

In conclusion, the board also approved a motion to contract with Canton Consulting to take over HR duties.
