Tullis will face Lance in November mayor’s race in Mineral Springs

Mineral Springs voters will be heading back to their polling location in November to vote on a new mayor.  In the May Democratic Party Primary, Bobby Tullis defeated Vera Marks.  This week, Chad Lance submitted his paperwork to run for the position as an Independent candidate, meaning that Tullis and Lance will face each other for the mayor’s position during the November General Election.

Independent candidates for municipal offices in Dierks, Mineral Springs and Tollette have until noon on August 10th to submit their petitions to the Howard County Clerk’s office in Nashville.
