Nashville Baseball Team Competes In Louisiana

Nashville baseball suffered the first two losses of the season Thursday in the Tri-State Tournament being played in the Shreveport area. Against Benton High School, the Scrappers lost 10-7. Will Pope had the Scrappers big hit in the contest a three run home run.


In yesterday’s second game at Parkway High School, the Scrappers held an early lead on Pleasant Grove, Texas. Through three innings, the Scrappers were on top by a score of 2 to 1. When Pleasant Grove came to bat in the top of the 4th, they scored nine runs to put the Scrappers away.

Nashville is now 6-2 on the season.
