State Legislature working on redrawing district boundaries

One item to face state lawmakers in the current legislative session, will be the redrawing of district boundary lines for the state house and senate seats. State Senator Larry Teague, of Nashville, says the process will take place toward the latter part of this legislative session:

The process will also filter down to the local level, where city council and quorum court seat boundaries will be redrawn, while keeping the population as close to the same as possible for each position.
