Felony Charges Filed In Connection With Alleged Threats

Felony charges have been filed against an individual who has allegedly been threatening people this week including local law enforcement. 50 year old Ty Starr, who has a Fort Wayne, Indiana address, is charged with three counts of Terroristic Threatening. Authorities say Starr is accused of calling the Howard County Sheriff’s Department Monday. During that phone call, he allegedly threatened to kill everyone in the sheriff’s office and Nashville Police Department.

Police say Starr made two additional threats by phone the following day including a call to the office of prosecuting attorney Bryan Chesshir.
